LIABILITY WAIVER — YIC GREEN RACE 2026

I wish to take part in “YIC Green Race 2026” (the “Race”), organised by YIC Co., Ltd. I confirm and agree to the following:

1. I have been medically examined by a doctor for participation in the Race and agree to provide a medical certificate if requested.
2. I understand that throughout the Race I will take part in physically demanding activities.
3. I fully understand that my participation in the Race may adversely affect my current health. I accept these risks and wish to continue competing in the Race and related activities.
4. For any injury or health condition I may experience during the Race, I agree to be moved and to receive any medical treatment the medical staff and the Organising Committee consider necessary, at their discretion. I also agree to be fully responsible for paying medical, ambulance and treatment costs directly related to me that fall outside the insurance provided by the Organising Committee.
5. Having read these terms, understood the facts and considered my decision to participate, I release the Organising Committee from liability and agree not to sue or bring any complaint or claim for compensation for loss or injury related to illness or any personal injury, including death and permanent disability, arising from or in any way connected with my participation.
6. In addition to the terms of this waiver, I have reviewed and voluntarily accept all terms, rules, regulations and agreements of the Race as a condition of entry.
7. I confirm that I have read this entire document and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a liability waiver that I have voluntarily accepted.
