Brand booths, race kit pickup, the waste-exchange station and family activities.

14 Nov · Evening — Community music night
Main stage. Local bands and traditional cultural performances.

15 Nov · Early morning — Race day
Opening ceremony, waved starts by distance, awards.

15 Nov · After the race — Side activities
Food zone, community games and the festival close.
Food
The food zone
Local food stalls operate across both days. The organisers give priority to stalls using environmentally friendly packaging and limiting single-use plastic. The stall list will be announced.
Performers
Who takes the stage
Local bands, school and student groups, clubs and traditional cultural groups. The full programme and line-up will be announced. Interested groups can apply to perform.
